Post-Service Skincare Steps: Client-Facing Infographic
Tools Used: Canva
Time in development: 7 hours
Client: J Skin Design Studio
Challenges: I was approached by J Skin Design Studio looking for a solution to an overload of client inquiries after facial services. J Skin Design Studio is a small business that does not currently have enough staff or time to respond to all client questions. I did an analysis and study to determine how client inquiries post-facial services could be reduced. What I found is that most clients do not know or forget the recommended post-facial skincare guidance. As a result, they are overloading spa employees with inquiries about skincare. Clients also want to ensure they maximize the results of their spa service by following the correct skincare guidelines. This means there is a knowledge gap in the clientele base about proper skincare protocol in the week following a facial treatment at J Skin Design Studio. The challenge is to educate clients on how to care for their skin after a facial service.
Solutions: This client-facing infographic is a great solution to aide J Skin Design Studio clients in following the recommended post-service skincare steps.

Challenges: I was approached by a small business looking for a solution to the increased rate of submission requests for Project Deadline Extension Forms within the company. They had recently transitioned to remote work and their teams had been adjusting to collaborating in a remote setting. They did an analysis and study to determine why corporate teams were not meeting project deadlines at the same rate they were prior to transitioning to remote work. What they found was that most teams had collaborated in person prior to the transition to remote. Most teams also did not have a system in place for collaborating in a remote setting. Employees on the teams also felt like it was more professional and in-line with company policy to wait until team meetings where all team members were present to deliver feedback. This means there was a knowledge gap in the company base about proper protocol for collaborating remotely on Microsoft Word Documents. The challenge was to educate each team member in the company on how to give and receive feedback using the comment feature within Microsoft Word.
Solutions: This job aid is a great solution to aide recently remote employees who work collaboratively using Microsoft Word.
